Corrections
How to ask SemenBoost to correct a factual error. A monitored editorial inbox is not open yet.

Short answer
If a page misstates a guideline, a reference limit, or a verified fact, it should be corrected and the change dated. A monitored editorial email is published only when NEXT_PUBLIC_EDITORIAL_EMAIL is configured. Until then, this website cannot receive correction requests.
Key takeaways
- Corrections are for facts, citations and outdated guidance.
- A different opinion, without a source, is not automatically a correction.
- Medical reference limits change only through review, not through a reader form that writes to the database.
- Clinic facts that fail a check are marked stale rather than quietly rewritten.
What a correction needs
- The page address.
- The sentence you think is wrong.
- The source that supports the change, preferably a guideline or the provider’s own page.
- Whether you represent that provider. Commercial corrections are checked against the source, not accepted as copy.
Contact
The editorial address is shown on this page only when it has been configured for the deployment. Do not send semen results or other medical information to a guessed address at this domain. An unconfigured inbox is not monitored.
After a correction
The page’s modified date changes. If a medical claim was wrong, the page can move back to medical-review-pending even if it had been reviewed. Significant corrections can be noted on the page. There is no corrections log with entries yet, because there have been no post-publication corrections.
